Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (including weekends and holidays). Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can follow the link in the email or check your order status via our website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at nypawsshop@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
