Usage Guide

Choose a Placement: Place the scratching board in areas where your cat frequently spends time, such as near sofas, chairs, beds, or windows. Cats love to scratch where they often rest or watch their surroundings.
Attach or Position the Board:

If self-adhesive, peel off the backing and stick the board firmly onto a flat surface.

If freestanding, place it on the floor or lean against a wall. Ensure it is stable and won’t slip during use.

Encourage Your Cat: Gently rub catnip or a favorite toy on the scratching surface to attract your cat. Praise or reward your cat when it uses the board to reinforce good behavior.
Regular Maintenance: Check periodically for wear and tear. Clean the board with a dry cloth or vacuum to remove loose fur. Replace if the scratching surface becomes too worn for safe use.

wonderful device

It's a bit smaller than I expected, but my cats loved it as they saw it. They sharpen their nails on it and lie down to sleep.

It is easily screwed together, an Inbus key for the 4 screws is included.
Smells pleasantly like sisal and was immediately accepted as a new plaything.

It's the second one I've bought, my cats are absolutely in love with it.

The product has the dimensions LxBxH 50cm x 32cm x 12cm. The scratching post is made of wood which was probably pressed. The outer surfaces are polished and show a smooth clean grain.

The constructions are held together with two 30cm long round rods into which four screws are then driven. A key for it was included. The scratching board itself is made of woven fabric, feels relatively soft to touch, but for cats it should be a bit firmer.

The round sticks were pushed through small openings in the fabric and then held everything together tightly.

If something comes loose, you can sew it up yourself at any time.

My rating 3/5.

+ Stable as long as the cat is on it, the cat also uses it as a sleeping spot (always at first).

- The scratching surface should be substantially firmer.

I got it for 6 EURO, so the price-performance ratio is still balanced.
